Absolutely! You can choose any custom size as per your requirement. You have to inform us the size you want the portrait to be painted while sending the image. Please note that, the custom size you choose can be any big but can’t be smaller than A4 (8” x 12”) size.
Price varies as per the size and work details. So, we will tell you the exact price upon knowing the size details.
Yes. We send your portrait in Rolled, Gallery wrapped, Framed form, as per your request.
No problem. It happens when the photo size is huge or if the photo in a format that our website doesn’t accept. You can place the order and send the image in email at art@kalakari.com or also can attach it in a document format and send on WhatsApp at +91 7774099936.
Yes. You can tell us the type of background you want or the colors, Artist will create your artwork as per your choice.
This is the most important part while getting a portrait painting. Every art medium has its own beauty. But there is always one thing that is best in all, and it is OIL PAINTNG art medium. In black and white, the most chosen one is CHARCOAL DRAWING. If it is a Pet Portrait, then COLOR PENCIL DRAWING we suggest.
Yes. We do bulk orders and at reasonable prices. Earlier there are many bulk orders we have done for professionals, hotels etc.
Yes, and free of cost. We make a time lapse video, shorten it to 2 min and email you.
FAQs on Pricing and Payment options
Price depends on size, art medium and number of subjects in the photograph. Please visit Price Page link to know all the prices according to sizes.
To book the order you need to make 30% advance payment. And the rest 70% you need to pay after reviewing your painting and on complete satisfaction. Then we courier your painting/drawing at the given address.
No. We don’t have EMI option.
- You can pay directly on our website using DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD ETC.
- NET BANKING. DIRECT BANK TRANSFER.
- PAY USING DIGITAL PAYMENT WALLETS (GOOGLE PAY, BHIM, BHARAT PAY, PHONE PAY etc.)

Please note that we don’t accept any other payment methods including cheques.
You have a flexible option to pay advance of 30% for booking and rest 70% payment after reviewing your portrait. As we do courier through Private courier services, we don’t have a COD option available.
No, you don’t have to pay anything extra for modifications. We do all requested modifications, until you get satisfy with the end product, and it is completely free.
For Indian customers, delivery is free of cost. For international customers, delivery charges are applicable. All these details you getwhile placing the order.
FAQs on Packaging, Shipping and Delivery
We use all professional ways of packaging artwork. If you are ordering only drawing, then we send it in roll format in a tube, which is safely packed and ready to gift. If you order painting/drawing with frame and gallery wrap, we safely pack them and send in a solid wooden art box.
Yes, we offer express service with extra charge of 10% of total painting cost.
Yes, based on the requirement of the customer we offer express service. Sometime with the extra charge which varies with place of delivery.
We use courier services like DTDC, DHL, Bluedart, FedEx and First Flight.
Yes, we provide service worldwide and ship almost all countries via express service.
Surely! Protection of your artwork is very important to us. We pack it safely. Wrap the artwork shipment with multiple protective layers, offer wooden support in corners if the painting is too big to handle and send protectively in a hard shelled shipping box. We keep tracking it from our side and will make sure the painting will reach in your hand safely on time.
Yes. As soon as the courier is done, we will share you tracking details.
Usually it takes 15 days minimum considering the orders queue. But if you have any urgent requirement, you can let us know and we will make it accordingly.

Yes. We hand paint your black and white photographs into a beautiful color paintings. Attires, colors, jewelry if any and background you can suggest if you have anything decided. And if you leave the choice to the artist, he will make the best suitable and create your lifelike masterpiece. Later if you want any modifications to that, everything will be done until you get satisfy with your portrait.
Yes. As it is completely hand painted, anything is possible to make. You need to send us the individual images you want to get painted in single frame and tell us the positions or we choose it. And we make the amazing painting. The painting looks so real, by looking at it nobody can say, individual photos are merged. It looks like all are photographed in a single shot.
Yes. Send us the photograph, first we will look into it and see how best it can be created. We will let you know the possibilities and then you can decide on placing the order.
Yes. There is no limit for the bigger size paintings. We make any big size paintings. But the smallest size we make is A4 (8” x 12”).
Yes, and it is part of our order placing process. Your satisfaction is most important to us. We share you the painting preview, upon your full satisfaction only we courier it.
